Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation before the order is packed or dispatched. Once courier processing starts, cancellation may not be possible and delivery/return rules may apply.
Before Packing
Orders cancelled before packing are eligible for refund initiation to the original payment method where applicable.
After Packing or Dispatch
If an order has been packed, shipped, or handed to courier, cancellation may be restricted. Support may guide customers based on current shipment status.
Admin Cancellation
Swadra may cancel orders due to stock issues, payment verification failure, incorrect address, serviceability issue, suspicious activity, or operational reason.
Refund Status
Refund status will be updated when available from payment processing records.
