Swadra Organics handles return and refund requests fairly for eligible cases such as damaged, defective, incorrect, or verified order issues.
Eligible Cases
- Damaged product received.
- Incorrect product or size delivered.
- Defective or unusable item received.
- Approved cancellation or refund request.
Proof Required
Clear photo or video proof may be required within 3 days of delivery for verification.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method where possible. Bank or payment gateway settlement timelines may apply.
Non-Eligible Cases
Used, opened without issue, damaged after delivery, or delayed requests may not be eligible unless approved by Swadra support.
